INDUSTRIES I SERVE / BOOKKEEPERS

Website design
for bookkeepers.

Make the right clients feel understood before you meet.

You keep other people’s books in order. Your website should make your own business just as easy to understand. I’ll help you explain the work you want, show the person behind it, and make starting a conversation feel easy.

WHAT THE WEBSITE NEEDS TO GET RIGHT

The right words.
A comfortable next step.

01

Speak to the business owner you want to help

A contractor with a backlog and a growing online business may both need a bookkeeper. They won’t arrive with the same questions. We start with your best-fit clients and give them something they can recognize: their business, their problem, and the help you offer.

02

Give each service a useful explanation

Monthly bookkeeping, cleanup work and software setup solve different problems. Your website should explain those differences in plain language. A visitor shouldn’t need to know accounting terms to work out where to begin.

03

Make the first step comfortable

Show your face, explain how you work, and keep the inquiry simple. A business owner can tell you what’s happening without handing over financial records through a public form. Detailed information belongs in your established onboarding process.

DAVE NAYAVICH

I’m glad you’re here.

A WEBSITE. AND SOMEONE IN YOUR CORNER.

You’ll work directly with me.

We start with your practice, your clients, and the questions you hear most often. I bring persuasive copy and WordPress design together, so people can see the help you offer, why you’re a good fit, and how to get in touch.

You don’t need to learn web design to give useful feedback. Tell me what fits, what doesn’t, and what I’ve missed. Email makes it easy to keep the details together as we work through the agreed project.

START BY SEEING A DIRECTION

Something concrete.
Before you decide.

Tell me a little about your business and your current website, if you have one. A free homepage preview gives you something concrete to explore before deciding whether to hire me.

If you like the direction, we choose the website package and page plan together. You review the build before launch. Afterward, we can talk about the care and growth support that makes sense for your business.

QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE

A few things
you might be wondering.

Do I need to write the copy?

You don’t need to arrive with polished paragraphs. Tell me what you do, who you help, and what people tend to ask. I’ll help turn that into a clear message for you to review.

What if my practice is entirely virtual?

Then we explain what working remotely with you looks like. Your communication, service mix and client fit matter more than pretending you have an office in every town.

Can I keep my booking or client portal link?

Yes, we can plan around your existing tools. Share them at the start so the website gives people a clear route to the right place.

How much does a website cost?

A1 Website Foundation is $1,995 and includes up to five core pages, copywriting, custom WordPress design, initial on-page SEO and an inquiry form.

A1 Design & Grow is $2,995. A1 Brand Relaunch is $3,995. Both include the website copy, up to five core pages, five genuine local service-area pages, initial on-page SEO, and the agreed lead-magnet and follow-up setup.

Brand Relaunch adds blog setup, an upgraded opt-in, and a coordinated brand and relaunch collection. We confirm the scope before you pay. See Design & Grow or explore Brand Relaunch.

LET’S SEE WHAT’S POSSIBLE

Your business.
A clearer introduction.

Tell me about your business. I’ll put together a free homepage preview so you can see what working together could look like.
