Plugins, themes and WordPress need to work together. A conflict can turn an ordinary update into a broken layout or an unusable website.
Outdated software can leave known security weaknesses exposed. Routine updates and vulnerability checks help reduce that risk.
If your site is down or painfully slow, a potential customer may leave before you know there is an issue.
Care is about reducing avoidable risk and having someone responsible for the next step. No maintenance service can promise a hack-proof website or uninterrupted uptime.

If something needs attention, I investigate within the care scope and coordinate with your host when appropriate. Major repairs or specialist work are explained and quoted separately.

Plus publishing uses the same 2-hour monthly allowance. It is not 2 hours plus additional blog work. Basic changes include text edits, image swaps and updates to existing business information. Larger requests are quoted before work begins.
CARE PLUS / FROM DRAFT TO PUBLISHED
Send your finished copy and images. With Plus, I can prepare and publish up to two posts each month, within your two hours of included update time.
Original writing, substantial editing, custom imagery and deeper keyword research are separate Content Writing services.
Buy the content separately or supply your own. Care Plus handles the agreed publishing work.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS
Small changes to the existing site: replacing text or images, updating service details, changing links or posting finished content. New pages, forms, features and redesigns are separate projects. Basic includes up to 30 minutes monthly; Plus includes up to 2 hours.
No. Formatting, basic Yoast SEO, publishing and any other basic site changes all share the same 2-hour monthly allowance. Up to two supplied posts can be handled when they fit within that time. I’ll flag work that would exceed the allowance before proceeding.
No. You supply finished, approved articles and images, or purchase Content Writing separately. Basic Yoast settings support the posts being published; they do not include a broader keyword strategy, technical SEO campaign or ranking guarantee.
No. Updates, monitoring and backups help reduce risk, but hosting outages, software problems and attacks can still happen. Care includes reasonable investigation and hosting coordination. Major repairs, malware cleanup and specialist recovery are scoped separately.
Plus receives priority over nonurgent Basic requests. Serious incidents are assessed by severity. Priority is not an instant-response guarantee or 24/7 staffed emergency support.
A practical review of key pages, navigation and the main contact form, with recommendations. The review is included; any resulting changes use the monthly update allowance or are quoted separately. It is not a full SEO or accessibility audit.
Hosting, domain fees, paid plugin or theme licenses, new pages or features, redesigns, original content creation, major repairs and unlimited or emergency support. Unused monthly update time does not carry forward. Additional work is agreed in writing before it starts.
