Authority One Design, LLC (“Authority One,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through authorityonedesign.com, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
When you contact us, request a website preview, subscribe to updates, or purchase a service, you may provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, website address, service area, project goals, budget range, and the contents of your message. If you become a client, we may also collect the information reasonably necessary to provide and support the services you request.
Our website may also collect technical information automatically, including your IP address, browser and device information, referring pages, pages viewed, approximate location, and interactions with the website. Cookies and similar technologies may be used as described in our Cookie Policy.
We may share information with service providers that help us operate our business, such as our website host, email-delivery provider, customer relationship and form tools, analytics providers, and payment processors. These providers receive information only as reasonably necessary to perform services for us. Our current tools may include Flywheel, Fluent Forms, FluentCRM, Mailgun, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and payment providers such as Stripe when payment links are used.
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction involving Authority One.
We use cookies and related technologies to provide essential website functions and, with the consent required for your location, to measure website use through services such as Google Analytics. You can manage your preferences through the cookie banner or the cookie settings link on this website. For details about the cookies and services detected on this site, please review our Cookie Policy.
We may email you about an inquiry, requested preview, active project, purchase, or other business relationship. We send promotional email only when permitted. You may unsubscribe from promotional messages using the link in the email or by contacting us. We may still send non-promotional messages necessary to respond to you or provide contracted services.
Our website assistant provides automated replies about our services. Questions are processed through Cloudflare Workers AI, and we may review conversation records to improve the replies. Please avoid sharing sensitive information in the chat.
If you ask Dave to follow up, we save your name, email address, question and relevant conversation context in FluentCRM and send Dave an email notification. Permission to follow up about your inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Conversation review records move to WordPress Trash after 30 days of inactivity and are then subject to its normal deletion cycle. Inquiry notes in FluentCRM follow the data retention practices described below.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, maintaining business and tax records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods vary according to the type of information and our relationship with you.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain uses. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. To make a request, contact us using the information below. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect personal information. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Our website may link to websites or services operated by others. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy as our website, services, or legal obligations change. The updated version will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date.
