The service terms
These terms explain how the monthly Care & Growth plans work. Please read them before confirming your enrollment.
Your service
Authority One provides the recurring care, content, and/or local SEO work included in the plan you select. The plan description on the Website Care & Growth page is part of this agreement. Work outside that scope is proposed and approved separately before it begins.
Billing and changes
Plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Your plan begins after your enrollment is accepted and the first payment is complete. You may cancel by email at least 7 days before the next billing date; service remains active through the current paid period. If you want to change plans, email me before the next billing date so we can confirm the change.
Your participation
You agree to provide accurate business information, the appropriate access or invitations, and timely review of business-specific facts when needed. You remain responsible for the accuracy of claims, pricing, credentials, legal statements, and other information about your business.
Content work
Content plans include two original articles during each billing month. Topics are planned around your services and customers. Drafts are written for your review when business-specific accuracy matters. Major new direction, substantial rewrite requests, or work outside the plan may require a separate quote.
Local SEO work
Local SEO work is guided by the priorities of your website, services, and service areas. It may include on-site improvements, content, internal links, technical checks, business-profile recommendations, FAQs, or structured data. Search results depend on many factors, so Authority One does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, or inclusion in AI-generated answers.
Hosting and third parties
Hosting is separate from these plans. You are responsible for hosting, domain renewal, advertising spend, and third-party subscriptions unless a written scope says otherwise. Authority One may coordinate with those providers when appropriate, but does not control their service or policies.
Ownership and access
You retain ownership of your business materials. You confirm you have permission to provide any logos, photos, text, account access, or other materials needed for the work. Authority One retains its underlying methods, templates, and internal tools.
Practical limits
Routine support is handled during normal business hours by email. This plan does not include unlimited design, development, emergency support, or third-party troubleshooting. If an issue requires work outside the plan, I’ll explain the options and price before proceeding.
