These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between
Authority One Design, LLC (“Authority One Design,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)
and you (“Client,” “you”).
By purchasing, subscribing to, or otherwise engaging Authority One Design for any service,
whether through our website, Stripe checkout, or any other authorized payment method,
you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not purchase or use our services.
Authority One Design provides professional digital services, including but not limited to
website design, branding, marketing systems, automation, community setup, consulting,
and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
The scope of Services is defined by the specific product, subscription, or service selected
and purchased by the Client. Any services not expressly included are outside the scope.
Additional services, add-ons, revisions beyond scope, or expanded work require separate
purchase or written agreement.
All fees are due in advance unless otherwise expressly agreed to in writing.
Client authorizes Authority One Design to charge the selected payment method for all
applicable fees, including recurring charges where applicable.
Failure to process payment may result in suspension or termination of Services.
Subscription services remain active until canceled by the Client. Clients may manage
subscriptions through Stripe’s secure billing portal.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds
or credits are provided.
All payments are non-refundable. Due to the customized nature of the Services,
no refunds will be issued once payment has been made.
At Authority One Design’s discretion, service credits may be offered in place of a refund.
Subscription fees are non-refundable once billed.
Client agrees to provide accurate, complete, and timely information, materials, approvals,
and access required to perform the Services.
Delays caused by Client may impact timelines and may require additional fees.
Upon full payment, Client receives the right to use final deliverables for business purposes.
Authority One Design retains the right to display work in portfolios and marketing materials.
Authority One Design shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive
damages. Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the Services giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
These Terms, together with any agreements executed through the client portal,
constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
